The guiding apparatuses are devices, that regulate the air (gas) flow rate in the different airflow systems. The regulation is made by changing the aerodynamic drag of the appliance. The guiding apparatus is installed on the inlet flange of the fan. To facilitate the starting regime the setting in motion of the fan is made at completely closed guiding apparatus, after it has been established at a certain angle. The guiding apparatus work at temperatures of the air till +280° C, dust loading to 50 g/m3 and maximum admissable pressure difference of 5000 Pa. The use of the guiding apparatus is not allowed for:
Other fan accessories are cylindrical silencers, guide vanes, frames, vibroframes, protection grids, vibroisolators. Silencers are responsible for reducing the noise level in ventilation and air-conditioning installations. They operate on the principle of transformation of sound energy into heat. Guide vanes are devices intended for control of air or gas flow in different airway systems. Changing the aerodynamic drag of the device performs the control. Guide vanes operate at an ambient air temperature up to +280°C and dust laden gas up to 50 g/m3.
