Air transport fans - Dust fans
Centrifugal dust fans type VCP are intended for transportation of wood-working machines, sand from sand-stream apparatus, metal and abrasive swarf and also for transportation of cement, grain and other non-sticky materials. The dust fans transport mixtures with a concentration up to 50 g/kg and a temperature up to 323,16°K (50° C). They can operate in rooms of classes P-l, P-ll, P-lla and P-lll according to PSTN-94. Fans of series type VCP provide a flow of 1500 to 30000 m3/h and a pressure to 3500 Pa. They are made with V-belt drive and are completed with el. motors and starting apparatus with a grade of protection IP44, belt puleys, belts and slide rails for the el. motor. The centrifugal duster, type DP-10B are designed for dusting flue gases with fraction size up to 20 micrones for dustiness up to 150 gr/m2 and with temperature not higher than 523 degrees K (250 degrees C).
