Fans of the series VDG ‹ 4; 6,3; 8; 11 are intended to transport dry fume gasses, with a temperature up to 553,16 °K (280° C), passed trought elfilters, or cyclones, before reaching the fan. The fans of the type VDC 6,3; 8; 11 are completed with guiding vanes. By turning the blades of the guiding vanes at a proper angle the fan parameters can be regulated. The fans for fume gasses provide a flow from 1800 to 80000 m3/h and a pressure from 300 to 4000 Pa. They are completed with el. motors and starting apparatus with a grade of protection IP 44. Protection against direct atmospheric influence is recommended when mounting.
