The CZBA total separators - cyclone filters combine a pulse-jet cleanable jet filter - cartridge filter or pocket filter with an integrated cyclone separator. Both separator modules are carefully matched. The cyclone filters serve to separate large quantities of dust present in the feed air. The subsequent filter module filters the rest of the respirable dust.

The CycloJet is characterised by its compact design. On a small base area it combines a cyclone as well a jet filter - cartridge filter or pocket filter with integrated fan. On account of their round shape the CZBA total separators - cyclone filters are suitable for processes with high negative pressure (-0.8 bar).

The total separators - cyclone fiters unite the advantages of the classical cyclone separator with those of the jet cartridge filter or pocket filter. The CZBA total separator - cyclone fiter consists of a cyclone separator of low overall height and a cartridge filter/pocket filter fitted on top. The dust-laden air flows into the cyclone separator module at a tangent and is pre-filtered. After leaving the cyclone separator module, the air flows through the jet filter, cartridge filter or pocket filter fitted on top for the final filtration. Thanks to the immersion tube shape optimised by means of computer simulation, the air stays in the cyclone separator for an extended period of time. Consequently the integrated cyclone separator achieves, despite its relatively high overall height, a good separation rate. In the basic version the CycloJet P cyclone filter is equipped with filter cartridges. For the filtration of planar and fibrous dust the CycloJet T is equipped with up to 24 filter pockets.
